Based in GreenbergFarrow’s Atlanta, Georgia, office, Hamilton Williams manages operations for the Civil Engineering, Development Services, and Planning Departments. As a primary client liaison, Mr. Williams is responsible for site selection, planning, and permits, as well as working with clients to develop sustained growth and efficient development programs.
Since joining GreenbergFarrow in 1998, Mr. Williams has worked with diverse public and private-sector clients on a wide variety of projects, from large-scale master plans to managing national retail roll-out programs. His clients range from Georgia Tech and The Atlanta Midtown Alliance to Murphy Oil, IKEA, The Home Depot, and numerous real estate developers. With over 20 years’ experience in the land development sector, he is highly skilled in owner representation, navigating complex entitlements, resolving unique site development needs, and full design team coordination.
Mr. Williams is a Registered Landscape Architect in 10 states and a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction. He earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Georgia, and is affiliated with the American Society of Landscape Architects, the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
