GF provided architectural and master planning services for the repositioning and upgrade of a 1970s-era, 11-story office building, totaling 110,587 SF. The project included replacing the dated front façade with a sleek, modern design, renovating the main lobby, restrooms, and elevator lobbies, and adding 3,700 SF of penthouse space for a conference center, wellness center, restrooms, and roof terrace.
New features included an energy-efficient structural silicone-glazed curtain wall system, updated signage and canopy to enhance street presence, and ultra-clear glass to promote visibility and create a more inviting environment. The façade incorporates a “super grid” design with three colors of glass arranged in alternating planes along a cascading scale, delivering a bold, contemporary statement while revitalizing the building’s identity.
