GF provided architectural and master planning services for 1027 S Riverfront Boulevard, a 173-unit mixed-use residential building in Dallas, TX. The project included a 3,249 SF community center and a 4,219 SF daycare, supporting both residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
Fronting the Trinity River, the building took advantage of a broad green corridor along the north and east sides of the site while providing convenient access to major highways and nearby downtown districts, including the Convention Center, Main Street, and West End Historic District. The design emphasized accessibility and community engagement, with 90% of units designated as affordable housing, delivering a vibrant, inclusive, and well-connected mixed-use development.
