GF provided architecture services for this mixed-use development in the heart of Mott Haven, Bronx, delivering the client’s maximum program of 448 apartment units. The project consists of two 12-story towers designed to meet all code and height requirements. As a Brownfield development, the GF team navigated complex site challenges with innovative solutions.
Amenities were designed to combine luxury and lifestyle, including a large lounge, co-working spaces, game and movie rooms for children, an inner courtyard garden, an indoor swimming pool with hot tub, sauna and steam rooms, and a fitness facility creating a vibrant, engaging community for residents.
