GF transformed the second floor of 4001 N Fairfax Drive to add a conference facility, lounge amenity spaces, and two spec suites, supporting both existing tenants and attracting new occupants. The project established a refreshed standard for the second-floor tenant lobby, integrating functional and flexible spaces while leaving one suite in shell condition for future customization. The design complements prior lobby and restroom renovations, creating a cohesive, modern tenant experience.
