GF is serving as the Architect of Record for the redevelopment of 422 Fulton Street, a landmark mixed-use project in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. The redevelopment will transform the former 500,000 SF Macy’s building into a dynamic retail and entertainment destination, introducing a new mix of shopping, dining, and family-oriented experiences that will revitalize the Fulton Street corridor.
Developed in partnership with United American Land (UAL), the project reimagines one of Brooklyn’s most prominent commercial properties while preserving its role as a key destination within the borough’s urban core. Located near GF’s Offerman House project, the redevelopment represents another milestone in the firm’s longstanding collaboration with UAL and its continued involvement in shaping Downtown Brooklyn’s evolving commercial landscape.
