GF provided architectural, interior design, and landscape architecture services for a mixed-use development designed for active adults aged 55 and older. The project includes 100 residential units, an interior courtyard amenity space, 5,300 SF of ground-floor retail, and two levels of structured parking. The design promotes a vibrant, community-focused lifestyle while integrating residential, retail, and open space in a cohesive urban environment.
