GF renovated the building’s main lobby to create a vibrant, multifunctional space. Previously a largely passive sitting area, the lobby was reimagined as three connected zones (north, central, and south) each with a distinct purpose. Bright white finishes, exposed concrete, specialty prefinished metals, and warm wood tones are accented with bold-colored furniture to energize the environment. The north lobby includes a reception desk and multifunction seating for security and tenant use, the south lobby features banquette and bar-height seating for dining, work, or small meetings, and the central lobby is a well-lit connector with integrated banquette seating and a ceiling-and-wall light design that enhances flow, visual interest, and overall cohesiveness.
