A-TEK

GF partnered with A-TEK to design a headquarters that embodies the company’s mission-driven culture of innovation, collaboration, and teamwork. Every design decision and material selection was made to reflect A-TEK’s identity, its logo, color palette, and core values, creating a workspace that feels uniquely aligned with its purpose.

Inspired by A-TEK’s bold rebranding, the design team used a crisp, modern palette of high-gloss white surfaces, warm dark oak veneer, and vibrant accents of hot pink, neon green, and both cool and warm blues. The standout feature, known as the “web-wall,” transforms A-TEK’s logo into a striking illuminated focal point in reception, a motif repeated throughout the office to create visual cohesion.

The layout balances private offices and open workstations, using floor-to-ceiling glass to preserve natural light and visual connectivity. State-of-the-art conference rooms near reception enable seamless collaboration across offices, while a centrally located breakroom doubles as a flexible gathering space for dining or meetings.

Although not formally certified, the project integrates numerous sustainable design strategies, including recycled flooring and fabrics, zero-VOC paint, acoustic ceiling tiles, LED lighting, and the reuse of salvaged materials such as doors, hardware, and lighting. More than 80% of regularly occupied spaces have access to daylight, supporting both energy efficiency and occupant well-being.
