GF designed a versatile amenity space to support classroom-style meetings, seminars, and traditional conferences. Two main conference rooms can combine into a single large room via an operable partition. Adjacent to these spaces is a bright, warm-toned lounge with exposed concrete floors and an open plenum. The area also includes a bar and ping-pong table, creating a flexible environment for lunch, informal meetings, or social gatherings. The space has been highly successful, with conference rooms often booked weeks in advance and tenants engaging in casual activities throughout the day.
