GF developed the design and construction drawings for the 204-unit apartment complex, which includes three distinct residential building types and five diverse unit layouts, with options for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments.
The interior design for the clubhouse, leasing center, and individual units focused on intricate space planning, curated finishes, decorative fixtures, and FF&E. Outdoor amenities were thoughtfully designed to enhance the resident experience, featuring a resort-style pool, cabana and grill stations, standalone garages, and a car wash area.
