GF provided architectural and master planning services for Angle House, a 2,000 SF vacation residence designed to maximize scenic views, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The design organized living areas around a central, ultra-efficient services and mechanical core, streamlining the floor plan to reduce inefficiencies.
The project prioritized environmentally conscious and economically efficient strategies, using modular materials standards to minimize waste and avoid the cost of custom components. Angle House was developed as a prototype model, offering a comfortable, architecturally appealing residence that could be adapted for future similar projects.
