GF designed the ±3.7-acre central amenity area at Arcadia with a focus on lowcountry-inspired architecture. Located within a vibrant single and multi-family community off Forestbrook Road in Myrtle Beach, SC, the space seamlessly blends functionality and style.
The design includes a thoughtfully crafted clubhouse with flexible indoor and outdoor multi-purpose spaces, a fitness center, and a pool mechanical building. Surrounding the clubhouse are a variety of amenities, including a large pool and deck, pickleball courts, a playground, cozy fire pits, grilling stations, and tranquil greenspaces for relaxation and connection.
