GF designed Caboose Commons as a dynamic brewery and coffeehouse in Fairfax’s Mosaic District, expanding on the success of the original Caboose Brewing Company taproom. The design incorporates reclaimed wood, clerestory windows, and new glazing at the storefront to create a bright, inviting environment. A striking steel staircase and catwalk connect two mezzanines, enhancing visibility and flow. With a full-service kitchen offering farm-fresh food, and both indoor and outdoor tasting rooms, Caboose Commons provides a relaxed, community-focused setting for gatherings of all kinds.
