GF designed a vibrant mixed-use community at the intersection of FDR Boulevard and St. Andrews Church Road, integrating residential, retail, and dining uses to create a walkable, sustainable, and engaging environment. The development includes 221 market-rate and workforce residential units, 12 townhomes, and two restaurants. Multi-family buildings feature a 4-story wood frame over a two-story concrete podium parking garage, while the townhomes utilize wood-frame construction. Georgian-inspired design elements ensure scale, symmetry, and material cohesion. By vertically developing the site and blending uses, the project fosters community interaction, reduces traffic congestion, and enhances local economic vitality.
