GF transformed the amenity space at Chevy Chase Plaza using bold jewel-toned colors and warm wood finishes to create a modern yet luxurious environment. Additional lighting was carefully selected for optimal color temperature, enhancing the inviting atmosphere. The design features patterned wallcoverings, custom furniture, built-in wood shelving, and light fixtures that reinforce a subtle mid-century aesthetic. Signage and wayfinding were added to elevator lobbies on B1, B2, and B3 levels.
