GF provided architecture and interior design services for both Phase I and Phase II of the Coastal Dermatology Institute. The facility is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for all conditions related to the skin, hair, and nails, with a specialization in diagnosing and treating skin cancer through Mohs surgery.
Phase I involved a 5,500 SF build-out, optimizing space to accommodate nine treatment rooms and five surgery suites. is thoughtfully designed layout enabled CDI to deliver high-quality medical dermatology services within a functional and welcoming environment.
