GF developed a comprehensive campus master plan for Coppin State University, illustrating the vision through both plan and axonometric renderings. The plan established new public outdoor spaces—including a Campus Commons, Campus Square, and Campus Courtyard—to enhance campus life and connectivity. Proposed new facilities included academic, residential, and recreational buildings such as the Health and Human Services Building, Education, Science & Technology Building, Student Center, Performing Arts Center, and two residence halls, along with two parking garages along West North Avenue.
