GF provided architecture and master planning services for Courthouse Square in Leesburg, Virginia, a 120,000 SF Class A mixed-use development featuring office and retail space, along with a five-story parking garage accommodating 335 vehicles.
The design was carefully crafted to achieve three key objectives:
(1) Reflect the character of Leesburg through additive massing and complementary materials.
(2) Provide a mid-block background building with appropriate density for a first-class office and retail environment.
(3) Harmonize with the historic Town Green and courthouse complex across East Market Street.
