GF renovated a portion of 2900 Crystal Drive to enhance tenant experience and strengthen the building’s appeal. Just off the main lobby, a 2,301-SF office space was converted into a modern tenant lounge featuring a coffee bar, flexible seating, arcade games, and a fireplace lounge. Open plenum ceilings and a glass entry provide a visually uninterrupted flow, while a custom solid oak trellis with integrated lighting serves as a focal point, creating a comfortable and inviting environment for work, collaboration, and socializing.
The design extended to the outdoor lounge, which includes high-top tables, lounge seating, string lights, and lanterns, offering an attractive oasis along Route 1. The main lobby was expanded to 4,339 SF, with refreshed finishes, custom glass panels, and updated lighting. Bar-height tables, divider panels, and live-edge oak window ledges provide additional flexible spaces for tenants, supporting events, casual meetings, and everyday use.
