This design-build project for Dannar, LLC’s new corporate headquarters and production facility is located at Muncie’s Kitselman Pure Energy Park redevelopment. The 94,000 SF one-story building includes 29,000 SF of office space and 65,000 SF for manufacturing and receiving.
The headquarters features an open office layout with a showroom, conference rooms, and an employee breakroom. GF incorporated sustainable design elements, such as Insulated Precast and strategic use of storefront windows, maximizing natural light for both office and production spaces.
