GF designed the Defense Information Systems Agency Network Operations and Combat Support Center in two phases, carefully accommodating the Department’s existing functions while increasing workstation and technology capacity. The project utilized creative elliptical geometry to optimize spatial efficiency and support the Watch Floor Operations Program, resulting in a high-functioning, technology-driven operations center.
