GF provided full interior design services, overseeing the project from space planning through construction administration for the Red Cross Building. The renovation modified the existing floor plan of 20 private offices and 160 workstations to accommodate 21 private offices, 70 hoteling stations, 146 workstations, and 8 shared meeting rooms. The scope included the selection and specification of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment, as well as the design of new workstation layouts to support the increased staff count. Existing pendant lighting was replaced with new LED fixtures to meet current energy codes and complement the updated furniture arrangements.
