GF reimagined the 167,039-SF Dulles Executive Plaza to elevate its tenant experience and market appeal. The scope included modernization of the main lobby and restrooms, creation of a new amenity facility with a 16-seat boardroom and flexible 96-person conference suite, and the addition of a fitness center with locker rooms and showers. The design also introduced an exterior plaza and seamless connections between DEP I and II, with new entry and exit doors from the fitness center, café, and lounge to encourage activity and interaction throughout the complex.
