GF provided architectural services for Evoke at Eastland Yards, a four-story, 72-unit affordable residential community for adults aged 55 and over in Charlotte, NC. Designed to offer both comfort and convenience, the development features high-quality finishes and amenities such as a rooftop terrace, screened-in porches, a fitness center, and a yoga room. This new development breathes new life into the former Eastland Mall site, which was vacant for years. As the first completed project within the larger Eastland Yards redevelopment, Evoke Living at Eastland Yards sets the stage for a revitalized and thriving community.
