GF provided architectural services for Evoke Living at Morris Field, a garden-style multi-family community located in Charlotte, NC. This 132-unit development offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences across eight buildings and three distinctive building styles.
Designed with both function and community in mind, the development features a range of amenities, including a welcoming clubhouse with a multi-purpose room, conference and business offices, a fully equipped fitness center with yoga room, a picnic shelter, a dedicated mail room, and a standalone leasing center. The site layout was guided by a concept plan developed by Land Design.
