GF designed the new headquarters for Fortessa Tableware Solutions, a subsidiary of Integrus Holdings Inc., when the company relocated from Sterling to One Loudoun, a mixed-use development in Ashburn, VA. The project consolidated corporate, retail, and warehouse spaces into a streamlined 41,304-SF facility while maintaining the functionality required by each space.
The design highlighted each brand within the Integrus family, supported the company’s innovative mission, and created a cohesive, unified environment that reflects the company’s local roots and international presence.
