GF provided comprehensive interior design and architectural services for GeoEye’s new headquarters, including visioning, programming, space planning, design development, furniture selection, signage design, construction documents, and contract administration. The project delivered a technologically advanced, environmentally conscious office environment for the satellite and aerial imagery specialists serving public and private sectors.
The design reflects GeoEye’s focus on the Earth as seen from space while maximizing outward views from the HQ building. Offices were clustered in the center of the space, allowing low-height workstations and eco-corridors along the perimeter to provide natural light and unobstructed views. The layout balances office-intensive functional requirements with an open, collaborative, and outward-looking feel, creating a workspace that is both modern and inspiring.
