GF was involved in the comprehensive 104.79-acre Winneba development, a thoughtfully planned residential and community project. The site will feature 44 villas, 32 duplexes, 160 condominiums, 48 townhomes, and 80 apartment units, designed to accommodate both permanent and transient residents. The project includes a 20,000-SF Health and Wellness Spa, a private school serving 600 students, a 15,000-SF play zone, parks, playgrounds, activity and sports fields, and walking paths. Additional amenities include retail spaces, churches as needed, and essential government services such as police, fire, medical emergency facilities, maintenance, and waste management.
