GF provided interior architecture and design services for Google’s Washington, DC office, creating a fun, modern, and sustainable workspace that reflects the company’s energetic culture and commitment to environmental stewardship. The space was designed in alignment with Google’s Corporate Design Guidelines, emphasizing multi-functionality, flexibility, and collaboration.

Huddle rooms, phone booths, and cafés serve multiple purposes, while large roll-up garage doors connect the reception and main conference areas for dynamic event configurations. The Tech Café, game room, and bright, colorful interiors embody Google’s playful yet productive environment.

Sustainability guided the project from start to finish, incorporating recycled materials, daylight harvesting, and low-emission finishes throughout. Designed to LEED Silver standards, the office captures Google’s signature blend of innovation, adaptability, and community spirit.
