GF provided architecture and landscape architecture services for the Gordon Street Apartments in West Greenville, SC, a new affordable multifamily community developed as part of the redevelopment of the historic Crown Zellerbach Mill site.
The 145,000 SF, four-story building includes 116 residential units and a range of amenities designed to support residents’ daily needs and community life. Amenities include a laundry room, mail room, fitness center, playground, picnic area with grills, and expansive outdoor lawn space.
The new residential community complements the adjacent Safe Harbor facility, transforming the historic site into a multifaceted development that provides affordable housing and essential support services while contributing to the continued revitalization of West Greenville.
