This new construction of a state-of-the-art government office building brings cutting-edge resources to the agency’s mission. The LEED Certified space provides an environment attractive to modern workers and significantly modernizes the organization in terms of technology, sustainability, and efficiency.
Originally located across three buildings, the agency needed to centralize and consolidate. In a smaller footprint, the new design increases shared meeting areas while providing smarter, more flexible use of available space. All offices are in-board, leaving circulation to the exterior and equitably balancing natural light to promote health and wellness.
Wayfinding colors accent spaces throughout. Each of ten floors is color-coded to speed and ease navigation. With DBI-a GF Company acting as liaison between client and subcontractors, the project was brought in under budget.
