GF was engaged by Greenville Technical College (GTC) for multiple projects aimed at enhancing campus accessibility, circulation, and overall functionality. Through pre-design studies, planning, and architectural services, GF worked closely with the College to develop solutions that aligned with its long-term vision.
GF provided pre-design services for the redesign of the Barton Campus front entry. Using insights from the College’s 2012 Academic Master Plan, GF explored multiple concepts to modernize the entry, improve vehicular circulation, and expand parking. These concepts were refined through collaboration with College’s leadership and the City of Greenville, leading to a final design that not only modernizes the entry but also improves traffic flow, parking efficiency, and overall campus accessibility.
Following the Barton Campus front entry pre-design, GF was engaged by Greenville Technical College to provide Phase 1 and Phase 2 architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of Parking Lot R. The project included a new access drive from South Pleasantburg Drive into existing Lot H, improving campus connectivity and traffic flow.
GF’s scope of services included civil engineering and landscape architecture, beginning with schematic design and design development in Phase 1, followed by construction documents, permitting, and construction phase services in Phase 2.
