Greenville Technical College Childhood Development Center Feasibility Study

Greenville Technical College engaged GF to conduct a feasibility study for the renovation of the Margaret Mills Cubbage Child Development Center (CDC) on the College’s Barton Campus. GF collaborated closely with the CDC’s administration and educators to assess areas of the building that required structural, waterproofing, and cosmetic improvements.

In collaboration with a trusted team of mechanical and electrical engineers, GF developed schematic design-level drawings that outlined plans for expanding classrooms and faculty offices for the Early Care and Education department, which is housed within the CDC. The project culminated in a detailed cost estimate, providing the College with a clear understanding of the financial investment required to complete these enhancements.

With this thorough feasibility study in hand, Greenville Technical College is now well-positioned to move forward with the renovations when financial and scheduling conditions allow, ensuring the CDC will be better equipped to serve both students and educators for years to come.
