GF led the transformation of HHS OASH’s Tower Building offices from a primarily closed, departmentally segmented layout to a collaborative, open-plan workplace. The redesign collocated departments, increased access to daylight, and introduced a variety of workspace types to enhance staff well-being and productivity. Offices were strategically relocated around the building core, and the project was executed in three phases to accommodate in-place renovation and strict security requirements, delivering a modern, flexible, and efficient work environment.
