GF reimagined the amenity experience for Junction, a 188,000-SF Class A office building, creating sophisticated and collaborative environments that support modern workstyles. The project included renovation of the 5-story atrium lobby with stone floors, custom millwork, and a sleek glass vestibule, as well as a new reconfigurable conference center, upgraded elevators and restrooms, an outdoor terrace, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. The signature feature—“The Dock”—transformed a 5-bay loading dock into a 4,000-SF tenant lounge with a barista station, food service bar, and central gathering hub with bleacher-style seating, redefining how tenants connect and collaborate.
