GF revitalized an unrentable, landlocked area between the main lobby, service corridor, and loading dock into a vibrant tenant lounge serving the entire building. High ceilings and colorful furnishings create an inviting, energetic atmosphere visible from the lobby. Along with the 800-SF lounge, GF also designed 6,000 SF of speculative suites to attract prospective tenants and enhance the property’s overall value.
