GF provided interior design and architectural services for KLNB’s new 8,610-RSF headquarters, including visioning, programming, space planning, design development, furniture selection and design, signage design, construction documents, and contract administration. The design delivers an executive, polished environment with a clean, minimalist palette of warm white, crisp marble, dark oak veneer, and accents of stainless steel, raw black steel, and indigo.
The layout supports KLNB’s 31 staff with team-based collaborative areas and strategically placed circulation paths that foster interaction and enhance productivity. State-of-the-art conference rooms adjacent to the reception area utilize advanced audio-visual technology for seamless global collaboration. Private offices and open studio spaces share a tailored, sophisticated aesthetic, with floor-to-ceiling glass maintaining visual connections and allowing daylight to reach all workstations.
The breakroom serves multiple functions and acts as a social hub to promote staff connectivity, while movable furniture allows flexible space configurations as needed. Sustainable materials were incorporated throughout, along with daylight harvesting strategies, ensuring over 95% of regularly occupied spaces benefit from natural light and views, supporting both energy efficiency and staff well-being.
