GF provided architectural services for The Lodges at Fort Mill, a build-to-rent community in Indian Land, South Carolina, developed by Northwood Ravin. Situated on nearly 39 acres just minutes from Fort Mill and Charlotte, the community offers 261 residences, including garden-style apartments, townhomes with attached garages, and standalone cottages, providing a diverse mix of housing options within a thoughtfully planned neighborhood.
Designed to promote an active, connected lifestyle, the community features a centrally located clubhouse with a fitness center, yoga room, and resort-style pool, as well as multiple dog parks, scenic walking trails, and outdoor gathering spaces. GF supported the project through construction documents, permitting, value engineering, and zoning revisions, helping bring Northwood Ravin’s vision for a high-quality residential community to life. The completed development provides residents with modern homes and resort-inspired amenities in a walkable, community-focused setting.
