GF provided architectural services for a new rental neighborhood in Indian Land, South Carolina, developed by Northwood Ravin. Spanning nearly 39 acres, the project introduces a mix of 261 units, including garden-style apartments, townhomes with garages, and standalone cottages, designed to offer a variety of living options within a cohesive, community-focused environment. A central clubhouse anchors the site, featuring a fitness center, yoga room, and resort-style pool to enhance the resident experience. Construction documents and permitting were completed in summer 2021, followed by value engineering and zoning revisions in fall 2022. The project was completed in May 2025.
