GF provided interior design services for Lookout at 6400, a 3,110 SF tenant amenity space converted from a former bank headquarters into a bright, welcoming environment with panoramic Northern Virginia views. Designed to create a “trophy-class” experience for building tenants, the space blends modern updates with retained architectural elements, including hardwood floors, a fireplace, and crown molding, preserving the warmth and charm of the original interior.
