GF provided architectural and master planning services for the Loudoun County Transit Center (LCTC), a 27-acre civic destination located at the heart of the planned Moorefield Station development in Loudoun County, Virginia. More than a single building, LCTC was envisioned as a regional multi-modal transportation hub that would anchor the growing community.
The proposal incorporated land uses to support not only immediate office and transit needs, but also future arts, entertainment, and community-serving facilities, creating a dynamic public environment that integrates mobility, civic life, and regional connectivity.
