GF provided architectural and interior design services for Madison Midtown, a 324,116 SF multifamily community in Melbourne, Florida, developed by Inlet Property Company. Built on the site of a former Sears Roebuck building, the development features 240 residential units across five four-story buildings with enclosed, climate-controlled corridors, along with a 6,824 SF clubhouse.
Designed to foster an active and connected residential experience, the clubhouse includes leasing offices, a mailroom, conference room, clubroom, and a large fitness center. Outdoor amenities are centered around a resort-style pool, creating a welcoming hub for recreation and community gathering.
Completed as GF’s third collaboration with Inlet Property Company, Madison Midtown transforms a previously underutilized site into a modern multifamily destination in the heart of Melbourne.
