GF provided architectural and interior design services for the redevelopment of a shopping mall into a 240-unit multifamily residential community. The project involved demolishing an existing anchor tenant space and redeveloping the adjacent parking area to accommodate five 4-story buildings.
The development also includes a pool and amenity space with a leasing office, demonstration kitchen, yoga and fitness studio, mail and package room, and various maintenance buildings. This mixed-use transformation integrates residential living with modern amenities, contributing to the revitalization of the mall site.
