Located in Lancaster County, SC, Madison Ridge Apartments is a 240-unit multi-family development, featuring 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options. The topography of the site informed GF of the planning of this apartment community. Each building was designed intentionally to address the street as much as possible with split-level buildings utilized to tackle the slopes. The clubhouse and amenity area include a fitness room, club room, pool, outdoor grilling and seating, and a yoga lawn. GF provided land planning, architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture services for this project.
