GF provided architecture and interior design services for the ongoing expansion of Mankiewicz Coatings’ U.S. flagship facility in Charleston, South Carolina. The 110,000 SF mixed-use industrial addition includes a three-story logistics center designed to support the company’s continued growth in the Lowcountry. The new space features locker rooms, meeting rooms, a canteen, training room, and expanded office areas. The third floor was partially developed to allow for future expansion, ultimately doubling the office capacity to meet long-term operational needs.
