The team at GF provided comprehensive architectural and interior design services to transform a 6,500 SF existing shell of medical office space into a modern primary care and concierge medicine outpatient clinic for the Medical University of South Carolina, located in Mount Pleasant, SC. Our team designed the tenant upfit to facilitate the launch of two specialized programs: Primary Care & Concierge Medicine.
For the Primary Care program, we created a functional and patient-friendly environment that includes 10 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, point-of-care testing facilities, and staff offices. Each space was thoughtfully designed to enhance patient flow and staff efficiency.
The Concierge Medicine program was crafted with a focus on providing premium patient experience. This section includes 4 exam rooms, a dedicated point-of-care testing area equipped with phlebotomy laboratory testing capabilities, and staff offices. Our design ensures a seamless integration of advanced medical services within a comfortable and welcoming setting.
