GF provided architectural design services for Nanjing Tian’An Changjiang Plaza, a 16,000-SF mixed-use development in Nanjing’s CBD and tourism district on Changjiang Road. The project comprises retail and office spaces, with basement levels dedicated to F&B and parking.
The terraced architectural form respects the right of light for adjacent northern dwellings, while external terraces provide flexible social and workspaces for office tenants. At the center of the development, a triple-height atrium galleria links the hotel to the west with the mixed-use complex, creating a cohesive building entity. The façade integrates planting to enhance environmental sustainability and aesthetic appeal.
