GF is leading renovations to a registered historic landmark on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University. The traditional three-story brick facility, once home to the University’s first president, is undergoing extensive upgrades to support its continued use as a cultural and institutional asset.
The scope includes renovations to existing gallery spaces, the creation of a new gallery, and comprehensive accessibility upgrades throughout the interior and exterior. Additional improvements include HVAC and humidity control system upgrades, enhanced lighting, security improvements, and refreshed finishes. Exterior work includes concrete maintenance and accessibility enhancements to ensure compliance with modern standards while preserving the building’s historic character.
