GF provided architectural and landscape architectural services for a new 8,950 SF commercial retail shell building located along Sea Pine Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, SC. Pine Island Retail is the first of a four-building retail development, designed to complement the Lowcountry aesthetic established by the adjacent multi-family residences within the planned unit development.
Completed in Summer 2024, the building helps define the character of a growing retail district along Sea Pine Boulevard. The shell is being outfitted to accommodate five future tenants, further integrating the project into the community’s architectural vision and enhancing pedestrian experience.
